Your Jaz link is for the owner only. The first person to open it becomes Jaz’s boss — don’t forward it. It’s in your email too.

Install Telegram
Free, from the App Store or Google Play. If you’ve already got it, skip ahead.

Open your Jaz link
Tap the link from your welcome email (or the button on the previous screen). It opens a chat with your Jaz — yours alone.

Tap START
That’s the hire complete. Jaz introduces herself and asks what’s most useful to take off your plate first.

Set Messages privacy to “My Contacts”
In Telegram: Settings → Privacy and Security → Messages → My Contacts. It keeps strangers out — Jaz still gets through.
