Privacy Policy
Anvel Ltd (company number 17371752, registered office 28 Admirals Walk, Teignmouth, England, TQ14 9NG) provides managed AI employees to businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Contact: hello@anvel.co.uk.
What we collect

How AI processing works
Jaz is powered by large language models. Your messages and the context needed to act on them are processed by our AI model providers to generate her responses. We use business-grade API services whose terms do not permit them to train their models on your data.
Who we share data with
- Stripe, payment processing.
- Messaging platforms (e.g. Telegram), delivering your conversations with Jaz.
- AI model providers, generating Jaz’s responses, under contracts that prohibit training on your data.
- Hosting providers, running your Jaz on servers in the UK/EEA.
- Connected tools, only the services you choose to connect, only as instructed.
We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Your customers’ data
If you share personal data about your own customers or staff with Jaz, you are the controller of that data and we process it only on your instructions to provide the Service, under Article 28-style processing terms in the Service Agreement.
Retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active. After cancellation we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except billing records we must keep for tax purposes (6 years) and minimal records needed to handle disputes.
Security
Each customer’s Jaz runs in its own isolated environment. Data is encrypted in transit; access is restricted and logged; your owner link binds only its first opener.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Email hello@anvel.co.uk and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
