Anvel Service Agreement
Version 1.0 · Last updated 31 August 2026
This agreement is between Anvel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17371752, registered office 28 Admirals Walk, Teignmouth, England, TQ14 9NG) (“Anvel”, “we”, “us”), and the business that signs up for the service (“you”, the “Customer”). By ticking the agreement box at checkout you accept these terms on behalf of your business.
1. The service
Anvel provides a managed AI employee (“Jaz”), an AI-powered operations assistant that communicates with you over messaging apps and carries out work you delegate to her, together with the hosting, software and support that make her run (the “Service”). The Service is provided to businesses only, not to consumers.
2. Subscription and cancellation
- Your subscription starts immediately when you sign up. There is no minimum term and no fixed contract.
- You can cancel at any time, by telling Jaz, or by contacting us at hello@anvel.co.uk. Cancellation stops all future payments; the current billing month is not refunded.
3. Fees and payment
- The Service costs the monthly price shown to you at checkout, charged today and monthly thereafter, in advance. The price you sign up at is the price you keep for as long as your subscription runs continuously.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Prices may change; we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before any change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.
- If a payment fails and remains unpaid after reasonable attempts to collect it, we may suspend or end the Service.
4. Cancellation
The subscription is monthly and rolling. You can cancel at any time, by telling Jaz or contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for; there are no refunds for partial months, and no further charges after that.
5. Your responsibilities
- Use the Service lawfully and only for your business.
- Keep your owner link, accounts and devices secure. The first person to open your owner link becomes Jaz’s principal user, do not share or forward it.
- Make sure information you give Jaz is accurate, and that you have the right to share any third-party data (for example customer details) with the Service.
- Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, resell or overload the Service, or use it to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.
6. AI, what to expect
- Jaz is powered by artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes: outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- You are responsible for reviewing anything important before relying on it or sending it to third parties, especially anything involving money, contracts, legal or regulatory matters.
- The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
- Fair use applies: the Service is designed for the normal operating workload of one business. We may contact you about exceptional usage before taking any action.
7. Data protection
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where you share personal data about your own customers or staff with Jaz, you remain the data controller for that data and we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available around the clock, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on third-party platforms (messaging providers, AI model providers, payment and hosting providers) whose availability is outside our control. Support is available at hello@anvel.co.uk.
9. Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) own the Service and everything that makes it work. You own your business data and the work product Jaz produces for you. Each side grants the other only the licences needed to operate the Service.
10. Liability
- Nothing in this agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
- Subject to that, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or losses arising from your reliance on AI output that you did not review.
11. Ending or changing the Service
We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach of this agreement that is not fixed within 14 days of notice, or for unlawful use immediately. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before they take effect. On termination we will, on request within 30 days, return or delete your business data.
12. General
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of it is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. This agreement plus the Privacy Policy is the entire agreement between us about the Service.
